Goddess Post of the Week for 01/16/2017-01/22/2017

This week instead of a typical Goddess Inspiration Card of the week, I’ve decided to do a full reading with my Goddess Inspiration deck by Kris Waldherr and the Goddess Guidance Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue. This reading is very basic and covers what we all need to know right now from the Goddesses. Four cards on the bottom relating to what’s going on in our physical lives and the four oracle cards on top relating to our spiritual lives.  The spread reads from left to right.

Lower Card 1 relates to the first message about our physical/every day lives now: Lalita a Hindu Goddess associated with love, flirtation and playfulness as well as the entirety of the universe. The message on the card is “Love is a playful act to take joy in.” At this time if you are experiencing love for another it’s something playful and wonderful, this love is bringing out your inner child and you’re having fun! The Higher Card 1 is Isis an Egyptian Goddess with many associations, power, rejuvenation, healing, magick, protection, love, the list goes on! Her message is that the “situation involves past life memories.” This love that you’re feeling in your every day life is something that you’ve experienced before in a past life and it is the key to unlocking those memories. Meditation may assist with remembering that time. Lower Card 2 The Moriae or the Grecian Three Fates. This card in our physical life means that everything is happening according to divine plan. There may be big changes coming and although they may be difficult, you must trust the path laid out before you. Higher Card 2 is Ishtar an ancient Babylonian Goddess. Her message is “Love yourself enough to say no to others’ demands on your time and energy.” During this time of change and adjustment brought on by fate look out for yourself first. This is your life and your path, let no one stand in your way to your destiny.  Lower Card 3 is Gwenhywfar the fabled First Lady of Wales turned Goddess. Her message for our physical lives is that you are the ruler of your own kingdom. Be a queen. Higher Card 3 is Sige an Gnostic Goddess that relates to the silence from which the universe sprang forth, her message is  to “Take some quiet time alone to rest, meditate and contemplate.” In order to be the Queen of your life you must listen to advisors and the people of your kingdom but you must also take the time that you need to make decisions for yourself and take care of yourself. Do not abandon this sacred time. Lower Card 4 is Benzai-tenis a Japanese Goddess of wealth, opportunity and creative talents. It’s time for you to focus on your abilities and talents that you have and make some money or receive some kind of merit from this work. Opportunities are everywhere, you just have to start looking. Higher Card 4 is Sekhmet, the Egyptian Goddess associated with strength, power and protection. Her message is “You are stronger than you think you are, and your strength assures a happy outcome.” In order for you to be successful at whatever creative opportunity arises you must have the strength and positive thinking to get through any obstacles that cross your path. Work on your inner strength and outer strength at this time and you’ll be able to accomplish anything you set your mind to-be a powerful Goddess like Sekhmet!

I hope that we all can flourish during this time of love, transformation, personal power and creativity. The Goddesses are with us, guiding us to success.

Happy Moon day!
